What You'll Do
- Perform high-precision construction layout and as-built surveys
- Operate Trimble Robotic Total Stations, GNSS, and related survey technology
- Interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate project layout
- Verify survey data through established QA/QC procedures
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, clients, and other trades
- Prepare clear field notes, reports, and survey documentation
- Maintain Apex's commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism on every project
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 3 years of industrial construction surveying experience
- Experience with Trimble survey equipment and software is considered a strong asset
- High-precision surveying capabilities with Robotic Total Station
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and construction plans
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract
- Diploma in Geomatics Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience is considered an asset
