Job Description:
- Book Phone, Email, and Walk-Up Appointments
- Meet and Greet Customers with a Smile
- Write Up Work Orders (Reynolds & Reynolds Operating System - ERA Ignite)
- Update Customers On Repair Progress
- Tally an Estimate
- Present and Sell Recommended Work
- Close Out Work Orders to Agreed Estimate Prices
- Attempt to Solve Customer Concerns if Any
- Arrange Transportation for Drop Off and Pick Up
- Follow Up Customers to Ensure Satisfaction (Emphasis on High CSI Scores)
- Must Be Able To Multi-Task and Manage Your Time Well
- Great Organizational Skills
- Great Communications Skills (Phone and Electronic)
- Computer and Electronically Savvy an Asset
- Must be able to work with a Team and have a Positive Attitude
- Automotive Knowledge an Asset
Hours:
Monday to Friday 7:30am-5:30pm
Pay: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
