Job SummaryWaverley Mitsubishi is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant for our new and pre-owned vehicle departments. We are looking for individuals ready for a career change where income directly reflects hard work. There is no ceiling on your earning potential. We will fully train the right applicants. Automotive sales experience is not required. Retail sales experience is considered a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process.
- Learn and maintain deep knowledge of Mitsubishi products, features, and inventory.
- Conduct professional vehicle test drives and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Attend team meetings and continuous sales training sessions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivation to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is an asset.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems, is an asset.
