Overview
We are seeking skilled and versatile Carpenters to join our team. This position requires a strong background in various construction tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality work in both residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, including experience in carpentry, with strong ability in concrete, framing, blueprint reading and schematics effectively. Red seal would be preferred but is not a requirement. Starting wage is $34 / hr with the ability to move quickly into a six figure salary with the right work ethic and abilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform construction tasks including framing, concrete and siding.
- Execute concrete forming and rebar installation for structural projects.
- Conduct flooring installation and tile laying to enhance interior spaces.
- Carry out cabinet installation and woodworking projects with precision.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction and carpentry
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics.
- Familiarity with concrete forming, flooring installation, tile laying, cabinet installation
- Proficient use of hand tools, power tools, CNC equipment, and other manufacturing machinery.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by various tasks.
- Knowledge of caulking techniques and siding installation is preferred.
- Basic plumbing and electrical experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
