Previn Court Homes builds top quality brick & stone homes, currently at our Westgate Village project in Alliston.
We are looking for a self-managing Construction team-member, with a focus on finishing houses ready for the new homeowner
Experience required in all aspects of New Home Construction including, but not limited to touch-ups and minor repairs and finishing tasks as needed in the areas of: Framing, Drywall, Insulation, Painting, Caulking, Flooring (Tile, Carpet, Hardwood), Trim, and Concrete
Knowledge of OBC as it pertains to New Home Construction considered to be an asset
General knowledge of Tarion Construction Performance Guidelines and site safety requirements.
Prepare homes for Inspections by Town Officials
Prepare homes for PDI inspections
Must be able to work independently and manage a daily schedule task requirement
Ability to work well and coordinate with trades on site in a safe, timely manner
Own tools, vehicle and PPE required
Reports to Site Supervisor and Warranty Manager
Full Time Permanent position but we will consider part-time arrangements.
Salary commensurate with experience

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
