Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in designated areas.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools as necessary for maintenance and cleaning tasks.
- Handle heavy lifting when necessary, moving furniture or equipment as required for thorough cleaning.
- Provide custodial services in commercial and residential settings, adhering to safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any issues that arise.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within the designated timeframe.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests or concerns from facility occupants.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is mandatory.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
