Job Description:
- Full-time position
- Book air travel, answer questions and provide general information for internal and external guests and travel agents about travel with China Airlines
- Provide pre and post booking support, such as changing and cancelling reservations, using the our reservation system
- Using an airline computerized system for making reservations and assessing fares, ticketing and complete daily sales reports
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely resolutions to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Coordinate with relevant departments within the company and follow direction given by company management and supervisors; assists in all areas as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to work in Canada without sponsorship
- Must have post-secondary or equivalent higher education diploma
- Experience in airline industry preferred
- Customer service or sales experience call centre experience an asset
- Pro-active communication style with ability to read and write in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred
- Display proficiency with computers, learning new concepts and systems quickly
