We are seeking a versatile individual to join our team as a Cleaner & Handy Person. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, stellar cleaning skills along with satisfactory maintenance and repair abilities.
Cleaning Responsibilties:
● Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and washing floors, toilets, showers, tubs, and
windows.
● Vacuuming carpets, upholstery, and any other dusty surface.
● Cleaning all surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom.
● Making beds neatly and occasionally ironing bed linens.
● Ensuring the house and all cabinets and drawers are clean, organized, and tidy.
● Ensuring outdoor areas are clean and tidy.
● Checking supplies and restocking or notifying the proper manager that more is needed.
● Inspecting houses for damage.
Inviduals must have at least a basic amount of home maintenance knowledge. Compensation varies according to the individual's maintenance proficiency.
