Job Requirements
A typical day in the life of a Fit Expert at Kintec looks like:
- Provide remarkable customer experience during appointments and walk-in customers for footwear, bracing, and compression products
- Ensure the store is organized and functioning through completion of daily, weekly, and monthly store checklists.
- Hands-on with lab and orthotic repairs and modifications with guidance from a Canadian Board Certified Pedorthist
- Contribute to a high functioning team through your support for the Pedorthist, Assistant
- Being involved in the opening and closing of the store
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate:
- Provides exceptional customer service while working with all team members
- Thrives in multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to learn new concepts and technologies as it applies to the customer experience
- Has a Kinesiology background (an asset but not mandatory)
- Willingness to grow and develop the knowledge and skills necessary to contribute to the vision and goals of the company
