Drivers Qualifications/ Requirements/Asset:
*High School Diploma or GED
*Motivated
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment -Servicing the following Area’s in the Maritime region: New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and the Prince Edward Island.
- Valid New Brunswick Class 3 Driver’s License
- 3 Years minimum Experience heavy truck
- Manual Transmission 10 speed
- Valid Air Brakes Endorsement
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- French not required- considered an asset

- Operate the truck in a safe, efficient, and productive manner according to ASA Alloys policy & procedures.
- Provide efficient, reliable, professional service to customers.
- Perform general daily maintenance and repairs as required per driver's log.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Picking & packing of customer orders efficiently
-Loading/Unloading trucks
- Building skids
- Strapping skids
- Learning the product
- Cleaning in and around the warehouse
- Other miscellaneous tasks as directed by supervisor(s)
- Saw cutting
Requirements/Asset:

- Forklift/side loader operator
-Positive attitude & good work ethic

-Ability to use and read a tape measure

Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (Extra hours - After 5pm may be required on occasion when working as warehouse associate, or as early as 5am possibly required depending on Driver requirements for deliveries, or warehouse associate 8-5pm typically).
Rate of pay: $22/hr-$25 based on experience.
