Description:
About Cloudy Then Clear We're a fast-growing residential glass replacement company handling about 400 jobs a month across the GTA, Barrie, and cottage country. We run our operations on Blocks.diy — an AI-native, no-code CRM — and we're scaling fast: adding salespeople, opening a new territory, and building quickly. We need our CRM finished, dialed in, and fully operational so our team can run it without the founder in the weeds.
The opportunity A focused engagement to take our Blocks.diy CRM from "mostly built" to "fully operational and handed off." You'll finish the build, optimize our sales pipeline, wire up the automations, document everything, and train our operations manager to run it independently. It starts as a one-month+ .... full-time contract, with strong potential to extend as we grow.
What you'll do
- Finish and optimize our full job-cycle workflow in Blocks.diy: lead capture (Facebook ads) → sales pipeline → quoting → scheduling → install → invoicing → review requests
- Design a clean, Kanban-style sales pipeline with clear stages our salespeople can live in
- Build reliable automations and integrations (Zapier, webhooks/APIs) with proper error handling
- Document how the system works in plain language
- Train our operations manager to run the full system confidently and on her own
What we're looking for
- Excellent hands-on experience across multiple CRMs and field-service platforms — home services strongly preferred (e.g. ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, or similar)
- Strong grasp of sales pipelines: designing and managing sales stages in a Kanban-style layout
- Solid automation skills: Zapier (or Make.com), webhooks, and API integrations
- Ability to learn a new no-code AI platform fast (Blocks.diy is conversational and quick to pick up)
- Clear communicator who can document and train non-technical people
- Local to Barrie/GTA and able to work onsite with our team
- Available to start immediately
- Bonus: voice-AI experience (Vapi), or a RevOps / sales-ops background
What success looks like By the end of the engagement, our operations manager runs the entire job cycle — lead to completed install to review request — on her own, without needing the founder. The system is clean, documented, and dependable.
Job type & terms
- Contract, full-time
- One month to start, extendible based on scale and performance
- Onsite (Barrie/GTA), immediate start
- Pay: $35 hr + / TBD
