The Outreach Marketer prepares and facilitates community information sessions with the goal of increasing client referrals and developing referral partnerships.

How you will make an impact;
As the marketing facilitator you will be responsible for delivering in-person
- Seminars: Half hour awareness building sessions.
· We will help train, coach, and support your information sessions. Material is already prepared.
Are you the collaborator we are looking for;
- You hold a postgraduate degree in adult education, psychology, industrial relations, organizational behavior or human resource management or equivalent experience;
- You have a minimum of 5 years experience in delivering instructor–led training in an applied workplace setting;
- You have practical experience delivering skill-based training to adult learners in a variety of workplace settings;
- You demonstrate superior communication, presentation and group facilitation skills;
- You have the ability to adapt instructional materials and strategies to accommodate individual and group differences, as well as special needs of learners.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Verbal and written communication skills to clearly express ideas in an objective manner, and adapt communication style to suit the situation and audience
- Well-developed presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to plan and manage sessions
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to coach large and small groups of medical professionals
- Ability to apply active listening to hear and understand the complete message being communicated
- Competency to maintain confidentiality and treat sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to establish rapport with people from diverse backgrounds with sensitivity to cross-cultural differences and norms
- Ability to maintain a positive, outgoing attitude with genuine customer service orientation
