Cleanly Home Services is a locally owned cleaning company serving Victoria, BC. We specialize in residential cleaning, Airbnb turnovers, move-in/move-out cleans, deep cleans, and occasional post-construction cleaning.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys cleaning, takes pride in their work, and pays attention to the details that others often overlook.
This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, proactive, organized, and able to work independently without needing constant supervision or direction.
What You’ll Do
- Perform residential cleaning in private homes.
- Complete Airbnb turnovers and prepare properties for incoming guests.
- Assist with deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and occasional post-construction cleaning.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and clean all assigned areas to company standards.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces.
- Identify areas that need extra attention and address them proactively.
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with clients and team members.

Compensation
Option 1 – Company Equipment Provided
- $21.00 per hour
- All cleaning products, equipment, and supplies provided by Cleanly Home Services.
Option 2 – Cleaner Provides Equipment
- $24.00 per hour
- Must provide:
- Reliable vehicle
- Vacuum
- Cleaning products
- Basic cleaning equipment and supplies
Compensation will be based on the equipment provided, reliability, attention to detail, experience, and overall performance.
Schedule
- Casual / Part-Time
- Flexible scheduling
- Primarily weekdays
- Occasional weekends
- Day shifts
