We are seeking a talented and professional Nail Technician to join our beauty team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and other nail treatments, while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization procedures to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are met
- Provide body waxing services as requested by clients
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable nail treatments or retail products
- Upsell additional services or retail items to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies for efficient service delivery
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Skills
- Proficiency in nail care techniques including manicures, pedicures, gel application, acrylics, and nail art
- Experience or training in body waxing is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while providing honest recommendations
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and explain treatment options clearly
- Retail sales experience is a plus for promoting products that complement nail services
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for beauty and wellness that enhances the client experience
Pay: $15.50-$20.00 per hour
