Full-Time Position
We're looking for more than an experienced Medical Aesthetician. We're looking for someone who wants to help build one of Kelowna's premier medical aesthetics departments.
Our established medical aesthetics clinic is seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician & Laser Technician who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, committed to clinical excellence, and excited by the opportunity to influence the future direction of our aesthetics department.
This isn't just another treatment room position. We want someone who enjoys staying ahead of industry trends, has an eye for emerging technology, and is excited to contribute ideas that help elevate both the patient experience and the services we offer.
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you'll provide advanced aesthetic treatments while helping shape the future of the department. We value collaboration and are looking for someone whose experience and insight will help guide future equipment purchases, treatment protocols, and service expansion.
You'll work alongside an experienced medical team in a supportive, professional environment where your expertise is respected and your ideas are encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
- Deliver advanced aesthetic treatments including:
- Laser Hair Removal
- IPL Photorejuvenation
- RF Microneedling
- Hydrafacial/Bela MD
- Microneedling
- Chemical Peels
- Dermaplaning
- Medical facials and advanced skin treatments
- Educate patients on treatment options, home care, and long-term skin health.
- Recommend medical-grade skincare products that support treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with our medical team to continuously improve patient outcomes.
- Contribute ideas for new technologies, treatment offerings, and future growth of the aesthetics department.
We're Looking For Someone Who...
- Has a minimum of 2 years of current experience in a medical aesthetics environment and is local to the area.
- Is certified in Medical Aesthetics and Laser Hair Removal.
- Is confident performing advanced aesthetic treatments independently.
- Has exceptional consultation and communication skills.
- Builds strong, lasting relationships with patients.
- Is self-motivated, professional, and takes pride in delivering outstanding results.
- Enjoys learning and stays current with industry advancements.
- Wants to be part of building something exceptional—not simply performing treatments.
