About Apprendre Franco-fun!
Apprendre Franco-fun! is one of Canada's fastest-growing French learning organizations, supporting students, families, schools, and community organizations across the country.
We provide:
- French tutoring and intervention services
- Science of Reading-based literacy support

- French language support for newcomers
- Reading intervention programs for schools and organizations
We are seeking a relationship-driven professional to help expand our partnerships with schools, school boards, community organizations, and French-language stakeholders across Canada.
Nature of the Role
This is a commission-based independent contractor position.
There is no base salary, no guaranteed income, and no minimum number of hours.
The successful candidate will focus on generating new partnerships and securing agreements with:
- Public school boards
- Francophone and French immersion schools
- Private schools
- Community organizations
- Settlement agencies
- Parent organizations
- French-language associations
- Municipal and government-funded programs
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach qualified organizations
- Build relationships with principals, superintendents, literacy leads, community leaders, and decision-makers
- Present Apprendre Franco-fun!'s programs and services professionally
- Schedule and attend virtual or in-person meetings
- Follow up throughout the sales process until agreements are finalized
- Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain organized records of outreach and follow-up activities
- Represent Apprendre Franco-fun! with professionalism and integrity

Ideal Candidate
- Experience in business development, partnerships, education, fundraising, or consultative sales
- Comfortable speaking with school and community leaders
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Able to work independently and follow through consistently
- French-English bilingualism is strongly preferred
- Existing network within education, nonprofit, or community sectors is considered a strong asset
