Athletic Sports and Rehab Therapy is a modern multidisciplinary clinic located in Concord, Vaughan. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide high-quality therapeutic massage treatments tailored to each client's needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with CMTO standards.
- Educate clients on self-care, injury prevention, stretching, and wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering long-term client relationships.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Professional liability insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience
Experience treating any of the following is considered an asset:
- Sports massage
- Deep tissue therapy
- Myofascial release
- Trigger point therapy
- Prenatal massage
- Motor vehicle accident (MVA) rehabilitation
- Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Evening availability
- Weekend availability (optional)
