Beo Contracting, a growing South Vancouver Island business, is looking for an experienced leader to oversee a crew of 8 and support operational installs. Ideal candidates have a strong background in wood framing or structural work, leadership experience, and a commitment to quality, speed, and reliability.
What You’ll Do: Lead and coordinate crews, read and interpret structural drawings, manage materials and workflow, troubleshoot on-site issues, and set the standard for professionalism.
Requirements: 4–5 years in construction (2+ in wood framing), crew leadership experience, ability to read structural drawings, knowledge of layout practices (total station a plus), strong communication, and physical capability for active job sites. Licensed in BC, Class 5 driver’s licence, and fall protection required.
