Experience in the following will be considered an asset:
- Commercial electrical installations including rough ins, distribution equipment, lighting systems, conduit, fire alarm, data, controls etc...
- Industrial electrical installations including distribution equipment, cable tray, TECK cables, rigid aluminum and EMT conduit, Electric Heat Trace, controls, fire alarm, PLC’s, QAQC etc…
- Troubleshooting electrical systems
- Reading and interpreting drawings and blueprints
- Rigid conduit and use of a Chicago bender
- EMT and Rigid piping
- General industrial modular building experience
- Review and accurately follow job specifications and quality requirements
- Able to work with and instruct Apprentices as needed
- Ability to work out of town
Qualifications and Skills will be considered an asset:
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to produce quality documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Entrepreneurial work ethic
- Physically able to lift a minimum of 35lbs
- Valid Alberta driver's license and willingness to travel
