Overview
We are currently hiring a full-time IT Operations & Support Specialist. This position is responsible for supporting the company’s internal IT operations and day-to-day technical maintenance needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support for internal users, including computers, printers, internet, software, and office equipment.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with the setup, maintenance, and replacement of computers, laptops, printers, routers, and related devices.
- Support internal system access, user accounts, passwords, and basic data management.
- Monitor and maintain IT equipment to ensure stable daily operations.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors or service providers when additional technical support is required.
- Keep records of IT assets, maintenance activities, and technical issues.
- Assist with basic cybersecurity practices, including system updates, password security, and safe data handling.
- Provide general operational support when needed to ensure the smooth running of the workplace.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the employer.
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in IT support, IT operations, technical maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
- Responsible, patient, and able to work with different users and departments.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and common office systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
