Rosa’s and Atomic 10 are vibrant, Latin-inspired restaurants seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server/Bartender to join our team across both locations. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences.
In this role, serve beverages and provide knowledgeable food and drink recommendations, and help create a warm, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere that reflects our Latin-inspired concept. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic and team-oriented hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently using a POS system.
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, engaging service.
- Offer knowledgeable recommendations on food, cocktails, wine, and specials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas in accordance with food safety and handling standards.
- Process cash and electronic transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest consumption and adhering to all legal regulations.
- Restock bar supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with team members to uphold a positive and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, particularly in serving or bartending roles.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Energetic personality, team-oriented mindset, and genuine passion for hospitality.
