Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service
- Prepare food and beverages according to Tim Hortons standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Follow all food safety and operational procedures
- For baker positions: prepare and bake products according to established standards and production schedules
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Previous customer service or food service experience is an asset but not required
