Kidco Construction is looking for an experienced and reliable Mini Hoe Operator to join our busy Foundation Excavation (Basements) Division.
Our ideal candidate has:

3+ years experience using a Mini Hoe in a foundation excavation setting (tight spaces)

A valid Class 5 drivers license and able to provide a clean drivers abstract

Basement experience is essential, especially with backfilling, loaming, etc.

Must be able to follow direction and work independently

Experience and knowledge reading plot plans is preferred

Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel and lift up to 35 pounds (fences)
Typical Schedule:

Monday to Saturday: 10-12 hours per day
