Job Overview

Duties
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining quality standards
- Prepare and pour drinks responsibly as a bartender, adhering to alcohol service policies
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including bar and dining spaces
- Provide attentive customer service, addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple tables or bar patrons simultaneously
- Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming environment for all guests
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and managing cash transactions
- Excellent time management abilities to handle high-volume periods efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and composure
- Effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members seamlessly
- Must be 18 years or older with the legal ability to serve alcohol where applicable
