Overview
Miller's Home Hardware is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our Installs Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing a variety of building components, fixtures, and systems in residential settings. This role requires use of hand and power tools, and experience with various construction disciplines. The Installer will work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure that all installations meet quality standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine installation procedures.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete installations.
- Install cabinetry, flooring, tile, plumbing fixtures, electrical components, and other building systems.
- Conduct caulking, carpentry and painting to ensure finished work meets specifications.
- Measure and cut materials accurately for precise installation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining safety standards.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance with project plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications / Experience
- Proven experience in construction or installation roles preferred; relevant skills include blueprint reading, carpentry, masonry, electrical work, plumbing, flooring installation, tile laying, welding, concrete finishing, or restoration.
- Familiarity with schematics and construction estimating is a plus.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to installation work.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environmental conditions.
Pay: $17.47-$38.34 per hour
