Conditions of Employment:
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Must possess and maintain a valid Manitoba Class 5 driver's licence.
- Must be able to work under adverse weather conditions when safe, but necessary.
- Must be physically capable of performing all of the required job duties, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., walking on rough terrain, sitting and standing for prolonged periods, climbing stairs and ladders, crouching, kneeling, bending, twisting, operating vehicles and wearing personal protective equipment).
- Must be capable of working at heights of up to 30 feet.

- Prior window cleaning experience.
- Prior pressure washing or soft washing experience.
- Experience managing employees.
Duties:
The successful applicant will be responsible for tasks include setting up equipment, packing up equipment, and the safe, effective and timely execution of providing a first-class cleaning service to our customers. Duties include window cleaning with traditional window cleaning tools and water-fed pole, eavestrough cleaning, pressure washing and soft washing using industry standard chemicals, and other duties as required.
