Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Turnover Coordinator to join our team. The QC Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that our products, documentation, and turnover packages meet the highest quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellent customer support.
Position Details
- Office‑Based Role — Shop/Fab Yard environment
- 40 Hours per Week
- Location: Sexsmith, Alberta
- Wage: $26–$29 per hour
Key Duties
- Turnover Build — Create and organize turnover packages
- Cross‑Referencing — Verify accuracy of drawings, weld logs, AB‑83s, and QC documents
- Hydro Test Pack Support — Assist with hydro test packs and digital recorder data (asset, not required)
- Data Entry — Enter QC and turnover data accurately
- Turnover Completion — Finalize and submit complete turnover packages
- Scanning & Document Control — Scan and organize project documentation
Requirements
- Quality Control Experience — Experience in QC or a similar role
- Technical Knowledge — Spool fab, AB‑83s, hydro test packs, turnovers, weld mapping & logging
- SpoolFab Experience — Required
- Microsoft Outlook & Excel — Strong working knowledge
- Teamwork — Works well in a team setting
- Time Management — Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Fast‑Paced Environment — Able to perform well under pressure
- Full‑Time Availability — Required
