What You'll Be Doing
- Clean and prepare manufacturing equipment and tanks for production
- Grind and recycle non-conforming product materials
- Support sanitation, housekeeping, and production readiness activities
- Help ensure equipment and work areas are prepared for upcoming production runs
- Follow safety, quality, and GMP procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Basic math skills
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to follow procedures and work safely
- Good English communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Manufacturing experience is an asset but not required.
Candidates with mechanical interests, hands-on experience, shop experience, technical training, apprenticeship exposure, equipment experience, or manufacturing backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Schedule
- Rotating shift schedule
- One month on day shift
- One month on night shift
Candidates must be available to work both day and night shifts.
Work Environment
- Manufacturing production environment
- Physically active role involving standing and walking throughout the shift
- Work around production equipment, tanks, and manufacturing machinery
- PPE required, including safety footwear, uniform, hairnet, and beard net where applicable
- GMP and quality-focused workplace
