Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our team in providing exceptional morning service to our guests. This role is vital in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining food safety standards, and delivering a memorable breakfast experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food handling and preparation. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with their breakfast needs to ensure a positive dining experience
- Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established recipes and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations
- Replenish food supplies and beverages throughout the service period to ensure availability for guests
- Handle food with proper safety procedures, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices
- Assist with setup and breakdown of breakfast buffet or serving stations before and after service hours
- Provide attentive customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and hygiene standards
Experience
- Prior experience in restaurant or food service environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques is advantageous
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles demonstrates strong customer service skills
- Background in the food industry can be beneficial but is not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for guest interactions
