We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Forklift Operator, who will be responsible for receiving as well as loading and unloading product from the trailers and containers by using forklift and other material handling equipment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving cargo, loading and unloading goods from the trailers/containers, moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the warehouse facility, ensuring loads are secured, stacking empty pallets, performing daily equipment checks, helping to load and unload trucks by hand where necessary, performing other warehouse tasks as requested by the management.
- 1+ years operating experience
- Dayshift (8 am to 5 pm)
- Average computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, iPad)
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to repeatedly lift over 50 lbs
- Possess a high level of attention to detail
- High school Diploma or equivalent education
- Extended hours of work required occasionally
