Job Description
You will be responsible for operating a Juki automated industrial sewing machine to assemble textile related products in our Burlington office.
Responsibilities
- Thread machine, change needles, and adjust tension as required
- Use and understand basic measurements
- Perform sewing functions by following supervisor’s directions
- Sewing tasks must be done in a precise and timely manner
- Meet company quality and production standards
- Maintain work area, clean and orderly
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience operating an automated industrial sewing machine
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Dedicated to completing the task with a high degree of quality and efficiency.
- Understand and apply safety standards, policies, and procedures, as well as operating procedures.
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a safe manner, in a seated position
- Experience sewing sportswear is an asset
Additional Information
- Working hours are Monday - Friday from 7:00am – 3:30pm.
- This is a full-time, permanent position
- Dental or medical benefits are currently unavailable, but will be introduced in the future (1 - 2 years) as the company grows
- 2 weeks paid vacation

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
