We are hiring experienced and reliable House Cleaners to provide exceptional residential cleaning services throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. We are looking for detail-oriented professionals who take pride in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high cleaning standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and Airbnb cleaning services.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect all areas of the home.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces.
- Follow Maid Blast cleaning checklists and company quality standards.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and professionally.
- Communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Report any issues or maintenance concerns to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance while on the job.
Minimum Requirements (Mandatory)
- MUST have a minimum of 1 year of professional residential cleaning experience.
- MUST have your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
- MUST be able to commute with all cleaning supplies, including your own vacuum and mop, to every job.
- MUST have access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations throughout Toronto and the GTA.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Must have strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be physically able to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Airbnb turnovers, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
