What we are looking for:
- Kitchen experience is a must (1 year minimum experience)
- Weekend availability is a must
- Access to a car/driver's license is a must
- Managerial experience (1 year minimum experience)
- Maintain health and safety standards
- Detail-oriented individual
- Ability to prepare/decorate single level, tiered cakes, and sculpted cakes
- Team player with willingness to learn and follow direction
- Ability to work quickly to ensure orders go out on time
- Provide excellent customer service
- Daily kitchen workflow planning
- Assigning decorators & support roles daily
- Quality control + consistent brand standards
- Training new decorators/assistants
