Are you a skilled Millwright Mechanic looking to work in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment? Our Etobicoke-based client is hiring motivated millwrights to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot plant machinery, ensuring smooth operations every day.

Day/Afternoon rotation:
Monday to Friday
1st Week: Morning: 630am to 2:30pm
2nd Week: Afternoon: 2:30pm to 10:30pm (
but you work 4-hours OT, so shift ends 02:30am)
- $0.50/hr shift premium

What You’ll Do:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery, including lathes, welders, milling machines, drill presses, cutting tools, and more
- Fabricate or repair parts as needed to keep production running
- Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and effectively
- Assist with installing or relocating large plant equipment
- Support food safety and quality processes as required
Who We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years industrial or manufacturing experience
- experience with STEAM SYSTEMS
- Fully Licensed Millwright
- Skilled with industrial tools and equipment
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Safety-focused and committed to following procedures 100% of the time
- must PASS a criminal background check
