Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining an organized and inviting store environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for retail sales, and knowledge of vape products and accessories is an asset. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and enthusiastically, in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist them in choosing vape products and/or accessories
- Provide product information and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
- Operate POS systems for sales transactions with accuracy, including cash payments
- Maintain store cleanliness
- Organize product displays
- Restock inventory and monitor product levels
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Verify customer age and follow all store policies and regulations
- Process incoming stock orders
- Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
- Strong communication skills in English
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well within a team and independently
- Good interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Must meet legal age requirements (at least 19 years old) and capable of standing for extended periods during shifts
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Pay: $20.00 per hour
