We are currently looking for motivated and licensed Pest Control Technicians to join a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy independent fieldwork, delivering excellent customer service, and building a long-term career in the pest management industry.
Technicians will be responsible for inspecting properties, diagnosing pest issues, applying effective treatment solutions, and educating clients on prevention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct residential and commercial pest inspections and treatments
- Identify pest infestations and recommend appropriate control solutions
- Educate customers on prevention and maintenance best practices
- Complete accurate service reports and maintain detailed records
- Safely handle and apply pest control products in compliance with Ontario regulations
- Maintain assigned company vehicle, equipment, and inventory
- Deliver professional, courteous customer service at all times
Follow all company safety policies and industry standards
Requirements
Mandatory
- Valid Ontario Structural Exterminator Licence
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Valid Ontario G2 or G Driver’s Licence
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service routes
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
