We are looking for an experienced
Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience and a true passion for hospitality.

Manage day-to-day operations for both front and back of house

Deliver outstanding hospitality and a memorable guest experience

Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally

Monitor food quality and plate presentation to brand standards

Schedule staff and manage labor costs effectively

Evaluate team performance and provide ongoing coaching

Order and manage inventory for food and supplies

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
-
Control operational costs and reduce waste

Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports

Promote the restaurant within the local community through events and engagement

Train and develop new and existing employees according to Pür & Simple standards

Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience (preferred)
