Education
University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a combination of education, training, and experience deemed to be equivalent
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Health Informatics, Information Technology, or related discipline preferred.
Project Management Professional certification as asset.
Experience
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in healthcare, leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives (e.g., hospitals, community organizations, specialists) required.
Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and supporting digital health initiatives across multiple organizations required.
Minimum 5 years of experience with coordinated access or central intake models required.
Experience providing functional or direct leadership to small teams is an asset.
Experience in Lean process improvement methodology an asset.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong knowledge of the Ontario healthcare system, particularly the mental health and addictions sector and Ontario Health frameworks.
Deep understanding of provincial program design, implementation, data and performance measurement, stakeholder engagement, and capacity planning.
Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagement initiatives, including large-scale meetings with diverse senior audiences.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust, credibility, and collaboration across varied stakeholder groups.
Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences (e.g., executives, clinicians, individuals with lived experience).
Ability to work effectively in complex, matrixed environments.
Strong project management and change management capabilities.
Analytical mindset with experience in both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with a high degree of ambiguity.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe tools.
Strong adaptability to new technologies and systems.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary is competitive and based on experience, with a hiring range of $91,758.17 – $114,697.71 per year.
• Employees in this role may progress within the full pay range of $91,758.17 – $137,637.25 per year
