Sandy’s Riverside Grill is looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive cook to join our kitchen team.
This is not a traditional line cook position.
We’re looking for someone who thinks beyond the station they’re standing at. Someone who understands prep, organization, communication, cleanliness, and helping the entire kitchen succeed.
Our kitchen is small, which means everyone wears all hats. One day you may be prepping, another day cooking the line, helping with organization, stocking, cleaning, receiving deliveries, or helping identify operational improvements.
If you’re looking to simply show up, cook your station, and go home, this probably isn’t the right fit.

Responsibilities
* Food preparation.
* Line cooking.
* Opening and closing duties.
* Stock rotation and organization.
* Assisting with inventory and ordering.
* Following prep systems and checklists.
* Helping maintain kitchen cleanliness standards.
* Communicating shortages and operational issues early.
* Supporting the continued improvement of kitchen systems and organization.
