We work face-to-face, with business owners across the GTA on the merchant side, and with employees inside workplaces on our meal-kit campaign, helping people access products they already want, just faster and easier.

The Role
We're hiring across two active campaigns:
Clover / Merchant Processing (B2B Setter)
You'll be in the field every day meeting local business owners: restaurants, retailers, service providers, introducing them to Clover POS and payment processing solutions. This is a setter role: your job is to open doors, qualify merchants, and generate opportunities for our closing team.
Workplace Meal-Kit Activation (Closer)
You'll be going into businesses, offices, warehouses, retail locations, wherever working professionals are, and presenting a top national meal-kit subscription brand directly to employees during the workday. This is a direct-close role: you control the full conversation from intro to enrollment, no handoff required.
No cold calling. No desk. No ceiling, on either campaign.
What You'll Do
Clover Reps:
- Prospect and engage local business owners face-to-face across GTA territories
- Introduce Clover POS and Fiserv payment solutions to qualified merchants
- Identify business needs and generate qualified leads for our closing team
- Build a consistent daily pipeline through disciplined field activity
Meal-Kit Reps:
- Secure access to workplace locations and engage employees face-to-face during breaks/shifts
- Present the offer directly and close subscriptions on the spot
- Manage your own full-cycle conversation from open to enrollment
- Hit daily/weekly enrollment targets through consistent activity across multiple business locations
Both Campaigns:
- Develop your communication and sales skills under experienced mentorship
- Represent Scorpium and our partner brands professionally in every interaction
- Performance-based advancement into leadership roles
Compensation
- 100% commission-based, weekly payouts based on your results
- Top performers earn $800–$2,000+ per week
- Uncapped, the more you put in, the more you earn
- Performance-based advancement into closing and leadership roles (Clover track) or team lead roles (meal-kit track)
This is a commission-only position. Earnings are variable and based on individual performance.
What We're Looking For
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
- Reliable vehicle for daily field travel across the GTA
- Strong verbal communication, you're comfortable talking to strangers
- Self-motivated with a competitive edge
- Coachable, you apply feedback and improve fast
- Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to business owners (Clover) or employees in a workplace setting (meal-kit)
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience is an asset, not a requirement
