About the Role
This is a high-impact, operations-focused role that sits at the core of our business. While supporting both inside and outside sales activities, your primary responsibility will be ensuring the efficient flow of products, inventory, and purchasing operations that keep our customers supplied and our business running smoothly.
You will take ownership of purchasing, inventory management, order coordination, and supplier communication, working closely with both internal teams and external partners. Your ability to stay organized, anticipate needs, and manage logistics will directly impact customer satisfaction and company performance.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the hub between sales, suppliers, and customers—balancing administrative precision with customer-facing responsibility.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across the mining and construction industries
- Promote Tundra’s products, including drilling consumables, ground engagement tools, and related equipment
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory
- Provide product recommendations, technical support, and pricing solutions
Operations, Purchasing & Inventory
- Coordinate purchasing and maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely product availability
- Manage order processing, tracking, and delivery coordination
- Support inventory control, forecasting, and stock optimization
- Assist in introducing new products into the regional market
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in mining, construction, industrial supply, or a related field
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Sales experience or strong interest in developing sales capabilities
- Solid organizational and administrative skills (purchasing, inventory, order coordination)
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn product applications
- Strong communication skills (both customer-facing and internal)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Assets:
- Experience with drilling, ground engagement tools, or mining consumables
- Post-secondary education in mining, business, or a related field

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
