About the Role
As a Supervisor in our Whistler Recycling Depot, you will play an important role in supporting daily operations, supporting the Depot Manager and ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience. You will help lead and support team members, provide direction, solve problems, and contribute to a positive and productive workplace.
We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, dependable, confident, and ready to take the next step in their career.
The Ideal Candidate
- Has strong customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrates leadership ability and enjoys working with a team
- Is confident in providing direction and support to employees
- Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Is reliable, organized, and takes pride in their work
- Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow their career
- A minimum of 3 years supervisory or leadership experience
