OPEN POSITIONSJr. Sous Chef/Assistant KM
$22/hr + gratuities
You've got kitchen experience and you're ready to lead. You know how to read a team, hold a standard, and make decisions when it matters. You don't wait to be told what to do.
You bring:
- Proven kitchen leadership experience
- Ability to coach and develop cooks around you
- Strong communication between FOH and BOH
- Ownership mentality. If it's broken, you fix it.
Shifts: Days and evenings across both kitchens
Line Cook
$19, $22/hr + gratuities
You're quick, clean, and consistent. You follow standards every single time, not just when someone's watching. You take pride in execution.
You bring:
- Solid line cook experience required
- Speed and attention to detail
- You thrive in a high energy open kitchen environment
- You hold the standard even when it's busy
Shifts: Day shift (9am, 4pm) and evening shift (4pm, 10:30pm)
Prep Cook
$19, $22/hr + gratuities
You've got a real palate. You understand flavour, seasoning, and why it matters. Meat processing experience is a serious plus.
You bring:
- Prep experience in a high volume kitchen required
- Speed and accuracy. Both matter.
- Experience with proteins and meat processing (bonus)
- You set the kitchen up for success every single day
Shifts: Morning prep (8am, 2pm) and day shift (9am, 4pm)
Entry Level Kitchen Support
$18.25/hr + gratuities
First job? Looking to break into the industry and prove yourself? This is your door. We'll teach you everything. We need someone responsible, eager, and ready to show up.
You bring:
- Reliability. Show up, be present, work hard.
- A great attitude and willingness to learn
- This is a great first step into a real kitchen career
Shifts: Evening support (5:30pm - 9pm)
