Duties

- Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts to establish partnerships with dealerships, retail outlets, and other commercial clients.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close high-value deals while maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support upselling initiatives by identifying additional product opportunities that enhance customer value.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote new products and special offers effectively.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or dealership environments with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and sales pipelines efficiently.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end deals confidently.
- Knowledge of B2B sales strategies and experience supporting sales efforts through effective marketing techniques.
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for pricing, discounts, and financial transactions.
- Familiarity with sales management tools and CRM platforms to track progress and optimize outreach efforts.
