Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized therapeutic services to children and adolescents, supporting their mental, emotional, and developmental needs. Experience in hospital settings, pediatrics, or special education is highly valued. The Therapist will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective interventions and support research initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual therapy tailored to clients with diverse needs.
- Manage case documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and data collection for research purposes.
- Assist in assessing client progress and adjusting therapeutic approaches accordingly.
- Support clients emotional well-being through empathetic communication and evidence-based interventions.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care strategies and share insights on client progress.
- Maintain compliance with confidentiality standards, and best practices in client care.
Qualifications
- Lived experience is considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of client care procedures, case management, and data collection techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

- Willing to or already licensed with NIHB.
- 5+ years experience in social work is a must.
Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
