Red Seal Carpenter – Full-Time Position
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Red Seal Carpenter to join our team for full-time, year-round employment in Nova Scotia.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Assisting with structural design, planning, layout, and installation.
- Performing all aspects of carpentry work, including framing, finishing, renovations, and repairs.
- Operating hand tools, power tools, machinery, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensuring compliance with local building codes, workplace health and safety regulations, and company standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized worksite.
- Providing excellent customer service and representing the company professionally.
Position Requirements:
- Valid Red Seal Carpenter Certification.
- Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Solid mathematical and measurement skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are considered assets.

- 9–10 Hour Shifts
- Wage: $25.00–$40.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
