In this key role, you will be responsible for contacting service customers over the phone and email to schedule various automotive service appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assisting Service Department customers in booking appointments.
- Handling incoming calls.
- Reviewing Customer Vehicle history and maintenance schedule
- Suggestion selling of necessary maintenance requirements
- Coordinating Customer needs with Service advisors and Parts departments
- Following up with customers in the database to book open recalls
- Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive service experience
- Dealership experience is a plus.
- 2-3 years of customer service experience.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Sales skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read and extract data from information sheets
