Summary
We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Automotive Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform repairs and maintenance on Genesis vehicles, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Your expertise will help us deliver outstanding service aligned with our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose vehicle issues using schematics and mechanical knowledge.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on Genesis cars and SUVs.
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete tasks.
- Conduct welding and assembly work as needed.
- Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting and repair procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of work.
- Qualifications
- Proven dealership experience as an automotive technician.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and schematics.
- Ability to perform welding and assembly tasks.
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and manual work.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Prior experience with Genesis or similar brands is a plus.
