Stoney Creek Area | Full-Time | $23–$26/hr
We’re not looking for someone to “manage cleaners.”
We’re looking for someone who cares about doing things properly.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be working in the field, improving sites, training staff, and helping raise the standard across our evening operations.
What You’ll Do
- Work alongside cleaners and lead by example
- Reset and improve sites (deep cleaning, organizing, fixing issues)
- Train staff on proper standards
- Inspect work and correct issues on-site
- Travel between sites (company vehicle provided)
What We’re Looking For
- Some commercial cleaning experience (you understand the work)
- G driver’s license
- Lives within ~30 minutes of Hamilton
- Notices details others miss
- Takes initiative without being told
- Comfortable leading and correcting others
- English required (doesn’t need to be perfect)
Spanish is a strong asset – many of our team members are Spanish-speaking
This Role Is NOT for You If:
- You need constant direction
- You’re used to doing the bare minimum
- You don’t take pride in your work
