As a Team Lead, you'll partner with the Store Manager to lead daily operations, inspire the sales team, and ensure every customer leaves feeling good about themselves.
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a leadership role such as Team Lead, Key Holder, or Senior Sales Associate.
- A passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate others.
- Results-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Comfortable using POS systems, Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling software.
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and lead by example.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
